Meethi  Savaiyan

Ingredients

  • Savaiyan         2 cup
  • Khoya              1 cup
  • Alaichi             3 adad
  • Dry fruits         1 cup chopped
  • Ghee               half cup
  • Water              1 glass
  • Sugar              1½ cup

Process

  • Ek pan me 2 tsp ghee hlka garm krlen or savaiyon ko ghee me 3 se 5 mint tk normal flame pe fry kren yahan tk k ghee Savaiyan me  adjust hojae.
  • Jb light golden brown hojae to pan se nikal Len. Fry krty wqt ek bt ka dhiyan rakhna h ap spatula se mix krti rahen ta k ye jaly ni.
  • Savaiyan nikalny k bad again pan me 2 tsp ghee dalen or grm hony pe alaichi khol kr ghee me dal den.
  • Ab ap ne pani dalna hai, or flame high krdeni h 2 se 3 mint bad sugar bi dal den agr app savaiyon ki khushu brhana chati hain to half tsp rose water add krden.
  • jab pani boil ho jae to flame normal krlen or savaiyan add krden achi trah mix kren yhan tk k pani savaiyon m jzb hony lge.
  • usk bad ap ne dry fruits dal deni h or mix krny k bad low flame pr 3 se4 mint pka len k savaiyan nram hojae.
  • ab flame off krdengy or khoya add krky dubara mix krlen or ek bowl ma nikal kr serve kren
