Ingredients
- Green chilli large 6 to 7
- Aam chor powder 2 tsp
- Chat masala 4 tsp
- Rosted cumin crushed 1/2 tsp
- Oil for frying
For better
- 1 cup besan
- Baking soda 1 pinch
- Salt add to taste
- Chilli powder 1/4
- Tumeric1/4
- Water as required for thick better
Method
- Mirchiyon ko beach me se cut kar mirchi ke ander se beach nikal len.
- Phir ek bowl aam chor powder ,chat masala , cumin crushed dalke pani se uska thick sa paste bana ke mirchi ke ander fill karden.
- Phir ek bowl me besan, salt , baking soda, tumeric ,chilli powder dalkar water se uska thick sa paste bana len.
- Phir ek pan me oil garam karen or besan mixture me mirchiya dip karti jaen or dono side se golden colour ane tak fry karlen
