Motivation ka lafzi mtlb Hosala Afzai ha…
Motivation has four 4 types.
1. Motivation Extrinsic
2. Intrinsic Motivation
3. Motivation Incorporated
4. Motivation Identified
From beyond us, extrinsic motivation arrives. We do it because, for instance, we are impelled to do it because someone who has control over us orders us to.
Many methods of job incentive function on the extrinsic compensation concept, where individuals are ‘bought’ and then ordered. Although this is effective for simple tasks, when you want a person to be self-driven, it is less useful.
For internal purposes, intrinsic motivation is carried out, for instance to comply with ideals or simply for the hedonistic enjoyment of doing something. People are naturally inspired in the workplace by working for an inspirational leader or in places where they have a private interest.
Introjected motivation, in that it is internalised, is close to intrinsic motivation. The peculiar aspect of this is that if it is not completed, then the person feels the tension of guilt.
Established motivation is when an individual recognises that something needs to be achieved, but has not decided to do something about it yet.
